Clause 2
By accessing the air77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use any part of the air77 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and air77. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the air77 platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or ordinances applicable to you in your jurisdiction. To access the full services of the air77 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information as requested. This information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a contact telephone number. air77 reserves the right to require additional information at any time.
You warrant that all information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify air77 of any change to your registered information by contacting our support team. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes or two-factor authentication tokens associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. air77 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify air77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the air77 platform. If air77 determines that a member holds more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, all balances and bonus funds across all accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings may be voided. air77 uses automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate account registrations.
air77 may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any other time at air77's discretion. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP or passport), proof of your residential address, and in some cases, documentation evidencing the source of funds you are using to fund your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by air77 may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. air77 reserves the right to change the minimum deposit threshold at any time, with notice displayed in the platform.
Deposits are typically credited to your air77 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed payment. If your deposit has not appeared in your balance after 30 minutes, please contact air77 support with your payment confirmation details. air77 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which air77 bears no responsibility.
All funds deposited into your air77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or methods held in third-party names are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed. air77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make a deposit to your account, or to a verified payment method registered in your own name. air77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

air77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transfer charges; these are your responsibility and are not refundable by air77.
Clause 7
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by air77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Most bonuses at air77 carry a wagering requirement. This means that before bonus funds — and any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn, the full bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward clearing a wagering requirement; the eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
Bonuses are available to eligible members only. air77 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion, including restricting offers to members within certain VIP tiers, members who have made a qualifying deposit, or members who have not previously claimed a specific type of bonus. Attempting to claim a bonus for which you do not qualify will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the conditions of a promotional offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or colluding with other members — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. air77 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings, and close the relevant account in cases of detected bonus abuse.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry date, after which they will be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances. Expiry dates are stated in the individual promotion terms and visible within your account bonus wallet.
Clause 8
All games available on the air77 platform — including slot games, live dealer games, virtual sports, and all other gaming products — are operated in accordance with certified fair-play standards. RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the relevant game provider.
Once a wager has been confirmed and the relevant game or event has reached its conclusion, the result is final. air77 will not reverse or alter game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that demonstrably affected the game result. In the event of a technical malfunction, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the member's account balance. air77's technical assessment and determination in such cases is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on the air77 platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. air77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

However, air77 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, server failures, or any other interruption to service.
While air77 takes care to ensure that information displayed on the platform — including odds, game information, and promotional content — is accurate and up to date, air77 does not warrant the absolute accuracy of any information displayed and accepts no liability for errors or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air77's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
air77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, negligence, or any other theory, even if air77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

All content on the air77 platform — including but not limited to the air77 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and any other proprietary material — is owned by or licensed to air77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of the air77 platform without prior written consent from air77.
Clause 13
air77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. air77 uses your personal data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver personalised promotional content, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Clause 14
You may close your air77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
air77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if air77 determines, at its sole discretion, that the member has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, has been identified as holding a duplicate account, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members. In cases of account closure by air77 for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

Continued use of the air77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Clause 16
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which air77 is licensed and incorporated. To the extent that you access the air77 platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gaming is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the platform complies with any applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. air77 makes no representation that accessing its platform is legal in all jurisdictions and does not accept liability for your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.
